I don't see a skill in a weapon as an additional positive, I just think positive when I talk about taking the attack delay from one arrow to another in the SR, since it doesn't have its characteristic of a lot of attack or also a lot of HP, but a lot of Speed , Attack Speed and Critical.

Diabolico and I tested a BOW Haste + Royal Haste on his CHAR and it practically shot the same amount of ARROWS than BOW HERO and also NO ROYAL HASTE ...

so my point of view just modify ATTACK TIME of arrows.

About DASH LVL 3 in Human Dagger ??? Take it out immediately or the server will just have Dagger.

152k P attack on DAGGER with DASH lvl3 and 354 Critical hahaha practically a TITAN with FRENZY hahaha
